The College follows online payment system not only at the time of admission of students but also during the entire pendency of different courses taught in this College. Accounting of the College is fully computerised and regular auditing of Books of Accounts are done as per the requirement and direction of Dept. of Higher Education, Govt. of West Bengal. Sri Saroj De acts as the Cashier. He maintains Cash Book and bank Accounts of the College. Sri Rintu Samanta acts as the Accountant. He maintains all books of accounts (excluding the Cash Book), prepares final accounts and arranges for audit of accounts in time. Audit of accounts of the College is duly updated as per requirement of Dept. of Higher Education, Govt. of west Bengal. Prof. Binod Chandra Soren acted as Bursar of the College.
